With these new principles as guideline, an identity was created to transition them from a small industrial manufacture from Normandy to a premium House of fine chocolate from Paris.
The new proposition reflects a balance between aspiration and reality with functional and emotional benefits the public expects. The functional benefit being able to gain or purchase the products without hesitation, and the emotional benefit to feel connected with the brand through storytelling and build loyalty.
