Overview

As part of Cluizel's global repositioning, a comprehensive social strategy was developed to align with the new brand narrative. The primary objective was to instantly implement a fresh art direction, evoking a premium feel, and develop engaging content that gives them a voice as a heritage brand. Key pillars and themes were strategically set with educational brand stories, and inspirational content including recipes and creatively styled visuals for seasonally curated products.

While the creative assets were designed social first, versatility was considered to apply across various touchpoints such as websites, print, retail, catalog, and packaging.
